Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (the "Terms") govern the use of the AGTS Mexico platform operated by Aquiii Global Trade Solutions S.A. de C.V. ("AGTS"). By creating an account or subscribing to a membership you ("the User") accept these Terms.

1. Definitions

• Platform: the website a-g-t-s.com and its subdomains, particularly the /mx section.
• Membership: paid annual subscription service that grants access to wholesale prices, real-time inventory and RFQs.
• Buyer: membership tier at $2,500 MXN/year (VAT included).
• Distribuidor: membership tier at $10,000 MXN/year (VAT included).
• RFQ: Request for Quotation; quote request issued by the User.

2. Capacity and registration

To use the Platform you must be a natural person with full legal capacity or legal representative of a legal entity with fiscal address in the United Mexican States. By registering you declare that the information provided (including RFC and Razón Social) is true, complete and updated.

3. Membership and pricing

3.1 Tiers

• Buyer · $2,500 MXN/year (VAT included). Mexico market access, wholesale prices, up to 50 RFQs per month.
• Distribuidor · $10,000 MXN/year (VAT included). Mexico market access plus future AGTS markets, volume discounts, 30/60-day credit terms subject to approval, unlimited RFQs.

3.2 Billing and renewal

Memberships are billed in advance and renew automatically every 12 months. AGTS will notify by email at least 15 calendar days before renewal. You may cancel renewal anytime from your dashboard, via Stripe Customer Portal, or by written request to Jc@safa.mx.

3.3 Payment methods

AGTS accepts credit/debit card (processed by Stripe), MercadoPago (includes OXXO, SPEI), and manual SPEI transfer upon request.

4. Refund policy · 7 days

You have the right to request a full refund of the annual membership fee during the first 7 calendar days from activation, without need to justify, provided you have NOT issued RFQs nor received quotes under member pricing during that period.

To request a refund email Jc@safa.mx. The refund will be processed by the same original payment method within 10 business days of approval. After day 7, the membership is non-refundable, but you may cancel renewal anytime.

5. Acceptable use

The User commits to:

• NOT share access credentials nor member pricing information with unauthorized third parties.
• NOT use the Platform for unlawful purposes nor infringe third-party rights.
• NOT perform reverse engineering, mass scraping, or attempts to bypass access controls.
• Keep fiscal information (RFC, Razón Social, address) up to date.

AGTS reserves the right to suspend or cancel the membership without proportional refund upon material breach of these obligations.

6. RFQs, quotes and orders

Quotes issued through the Platform are indicative and subject to confirmation of price, availability and terms at the time of acceptance. An RFQ is not a purchase order. Express acceptance of a quote by the User, together with confirmation by AGTS, will generate a binding order.

7. CFDI 4.0 and fiscal obligations

AGTS issues CFDI 4.0 for each membership charge and order, based on the registered RFC and Razón Social. It is the User's responsibility to verify the accuracy of fiscal data. Subsequent corrections may require cancellation and reissue under SAT provisions.

8. Intellectual property

The AGTS brand, logotype, design and catalog content (including technical sheets, images and descriptions) are property of AGTS or its licensors. The membership grants a limited, non-exclusive and non-transferable license to use the Platform per these Terms.

9. Limitation of liability

AGTS acts as a facilitator between manufacturers/distributors and buyers. The Platform is provided "as is"; AGTS does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, absence of errors, or that indicative prices match exactly the final quote. AGTS's aggregate liability, for any cause, is limited to the amount paid by the User for the active membership in the prior 12 months.

10. Changes to the Terms

AGTS may modify these Terms. Substantial changes will be notified by email at least 15 calendar days in advance. Continued use after entry into force implies acceptance.

11. Jurisdiction and governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Mexican States. For interpretation, execution and compliance, the parties expressly submit to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of the City of Querétaro, Querétaro, waiving any other forum that may correspond by reason of present or future address.
