Frequently asked questions
Why a membership?
Because we negotiate wholesale prices directly with manufacturers (Dow, BASF, ExxonMobil, etc.) and pass them to the member. To keep those prices, suppliers require that the catalog stays private. The membership is the barrier that keeps the price low.
What does Distribuidor include that Buyer does not?
Volume discounts, unlimited RFQs, account executive, 30/60 credit terms, market reports, and priority access to the new markets we open in 2026 (United States, Brazil, Colombia). If you source from more than one market, Distribuidor pays for itself.
Can I cancel?
Yes, anytime from your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period; renewal is not charged.
Do you accept SPEI transfers?
Yes. At checkout you can choose card (Stripe), MercadoPago, or manual SPEI transfer. We send you the account details and activate as soon as we confirm the deposit.
What happens to my RFQ if I lose the membership?
Active RFQs close and suppliers stop quoting. Quotes you already received remain valid until their expiration date.
