Bulk energy, documents first.

Crude oil, EN590, jet fuel, LNG, LPG and bitumen from holders who prove the product before anything is quoted. No specification or price is released until your ICPO and bank comfort letter are in and verified.

Products

What the desk trades.

How a deal runs

Five steps, in this order.

  1. 01Inquiry

    Tell us the cargo

Product, quantity, destination, Incoterm and payment instrument, through the Bulk Energy Inquiry.

  2. 02Buyer documents

    ICPO and BCL

Your ICPO on company letterhead, signed and stamped, and a bank comfort letter. NCNDA and IMFPA where intermediaries sit in the chain.

  3. 03Verification

    Both sides checked

We verify the buyer (KYC, registry, bank letter) and the seller (registry, FCO, proof of product, trade references).

  4. 04Offer

    FCO and specification

Only then the seller’s signed FCO and the product specification, with an independent quality certificate.

  5. 05Loading

    Inspect, then pay

SGS (or equivalent) inspection at the loading port; payment under LC, SBLC or DLC against the documents.

Our rules

How our desk works

  1. 01No deal without the producer or title holder named and verified in its registry; no chains of mandates.
  2. 02No upfront fees from buyers.
  3. 03KYC and sanctions screening on both sides before any document is exchanged.
  4. 04Proof before paper: proof of product is checked with the tank, terminal or inspector named on it.
  5. 05Independent inspection at the load port (SGS, Intertek or similar), appointed by the buyer.
  6. 06Bank-to-bank payment: a confirmed letter of credit or equivalent instrument, verified between the banks.
  7. 07ICPO is a step, not a deal: we do not forward soft offers or unverified FCOs.
  8. 08Our compensation is disclosed in the contract, never hidden in the price chain.
