- 01No deal without the producer or title holder named and verified in its registry; no chains of mandates.
- 02No upfront fees from buyers.
- 03KYC and sanctions screening on both sides before any document is exchanged.
- 04Proof before paper: proof of product is checked with the tank, terminal or inspector named on it.
- 05Independent inspection at the load port (SGS, Intertek or similar), appointed by the buyer.
- 06Bank-to-bank payment: a confirmed letter of credit or equivalent instrument, verified between the banks.
- 07ICPO is a step, not a deal: we do not forward soft offers or unverified FCOs.
- 08Our compensation is disclosed in the contract, never hidden in the price chain.
