Comprehensive Privacy Notice

Under the Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (LFPDPPP), its Regulations, and the Privacy Notice Guidelines, AGTS makes this Notice available to data subjects.

1. Identity of the Controller

Aquiii Global Trade Solutions S.A. de C.V. ("AGTS"), with address in Tepexpan, Acolman municipality, State of Mexico, is the controller of your personal data.

2. Personal data we collect

For the purposes described in this Notice, AGTS collects:

• Identification: name, email, phone / WhatsApp.
• Business / fiscal: trade name, Razón Social, RFC, fiscal address.
• Commercial: history of quotes, RFQs, orders, materials of interest.
• Payment: card data is NOT stored by AGTS; processed directly by Stripe Inc. and MercadoPago under their respective notices. AGTS receives only transaction references.
• Technical: IP address, browser type, pages visited, date and time of access.

AGTS does NOT process sensitive personal data within the meaning of Article 3 fraction VI of the LFPDPPP.

3. Purposes of processing

Primary purposes (necessary for the relationship)

• Create and administer your AGTS account and membership.
• Process payments, issue CFDI 4.0, and accounting records.
• Quote, receive and follow up on your RFQs and orders.
• Communicate with you via email, WhatsApp and phone regarding your account.
• Comply with fiscal (SAT) and contractual obligations.
• Prevent fraud and protect platform security.

Secondary purposes (not necessary)

• Send you market reports and AGTS commercial newsletters.
• Invite you to events, webinars and trainings.
• Run statistical analysis of platform use to improve it.

If you do NOT want your data processed for these secondary purposes, email Jc@safa.mx with subject "Limitar finalidades secundarias", indicating your name and company. Refusal does not condition service delivery.

4. ARCO rights and revocation of consent

You have the right to Access, Rectify or Cancel your data, and to Oppose its processing or revoke the consent you have given for it.

To exercise your ARCO rights, send a request to Jc@safa.mx including:

1. Full name, address and means to receive a reply.
2. Documents that prove your identity (INE / Passport / Cédula) or, where applicable, legal representation.
3. Clear and precise description of the data on which the right is exercised.
4. Any element that facilitates locating the data.

AGTS will respond within a maximum of 20 business days from receipt of the request, indicating whether it proceeds. If it proceeds, effectiveness will occur within the following 15 business days.

5. Data transfers

AGTS shares personal data with the following third parties:

• Payment processors: Stripe Inc. and MercadoPago, to charge memberships and orders. Each operates under its own notices.
• Transactional messaging: SendGrid (Twilio) for automated emails and receipt delivery.
• Infrastructure: Vercel Inc. and Neon Database to host the platform.
• SAT (Tax Administration Service): issuance and stamping of CFDI 4.0 via authorized PAC.
• Competent authorities: in case of legitimate legal requests.

None of these transfers require your additional consent, under Article 37 of the LFPDPPP.

6. Cookies and similar technologies

AGTS uses strictly necessary cookies for platform function (session, language preference, consent) and, with your authorization, analytics cookies to improve the site. You can manage your preferences anytime from the cookie banner or your browser settings.

7. Changes to the Notice

Any modification to this Notice will be published at a-g-t-s.com/mx/privacidad with the update date. For substantial changes we will notify active data subjects by email at least 15 calendar days in advance.

8. Complaints to INAI

If you consider that your data protection right has been violated, you can contact the National Institute for Transparency, Access to Information and Protection of Personal Data (INAI): www.inai.org.mx.
