You must be authorized to act on behalf of your organization and able to enter into binding contracts in your jurisdiction.

Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

Marketplace Transactions

AGTS facilitates connections between buyers and suppliers. Transactions are entered into directly between counterparties. AGTS is not a party to these contracts unless explicitly stated.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the platform, including by violating laws, infringing rights, misrepresenting information, or attempting to disrupt the service.

Disclaimers

The platform is provided "as is" without warranties. AGTS does not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of items listed or the accuracy of supplier or buyer information.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AGTS is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
