Can I change my membership plan?

Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your membership at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately, while downgrades will apply at the start of your next billing cycle. Any unused features from a higher tier will remain available until the end of your current billing period.

What exactly is the service fee?

The service fee is a percentage charged on the total transaction value (product cost + shipping) when you complete an order through our platform. This covers payment processing, fraud protection, dispute resolution, and our platform infrastructure. The fee percentage decreases as you move to higher membership tiers.

Are there any long-term contracts?

No, all memberships are month-to-month with no long-term contracts required. You can cancel at any time with no penalties. For annual billing, we offer a discounted rate, but you're still free to cancel with a prorated refund for unused months.

What happens if I exceed my RFQ limit on the Starter plan?

If you reach your 5 RFQ limit on the Starter plan, you'll be notified and given the option to either upgrade to Professional (unlimited RFQs) or purchase additional RFQs at $25 each. We'll never restrict your access without warning.

How does the quality inspection process work?

Before your order ships, our local team visits the supplier's facility to conduct a pre-shipment inspection. They verify product quality, quantity, packaging, and compliance with your specifications. You receive a detailed photo report within 24 hours. Professional members get 3 free inspections per month, while Enterprise members get unlimited inspections.

What is a dedicated Relationship Manager?

Professional and Enterprise members are assigned a dedicated Relationship Manager who becomes your primary point of contact. They learn your business needs, proactively suggest suppliers, help negotiate better terms, and coordinate all aspects of your sourcing operations. Think of them as an extension of your team.

Do you offer refunds?

Membership fees are non-refundable, but we offer a 7-day trial period for new Professional members. If you're not satisfied within the first 7 days, we'll provide a full refund. For Enterprise plans, refund terms are negotiated as part of your custom contract.

Can multiple team members use one account?

Starter and Professional plans are designed for single users, though you can share login credentials with your team. Enterprise plans include multi-user access with role-based permissions, so each team member can have their own login with appropriate access levels. Contact us to discuss multi-user needs.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), wire transfers, and ACH payments for membership fees. For product purchases, we also support PayPal, trade credit, and letter of credit for large orders. Enterprise customers can arrange custom payment terms.

Is there a free trial available?

We offer a 7-day free trial of our Professional plan for qualified businesses. This gives you full access to all Professional features so you can experience the platform before committing. After the trial, you can choose to continue with Professional, switch to Starter, or cancel with no charges.
